World Youth Rhino Summit 2014 team
Plans for the first ever World Youth Rhino Summit are moving along swiftly. This week the TVG team joined other team members, Project Rhino KZN, KZN Wildlife, AISM, WESSA, Kingsley Holgate Foundation and Wildlife Act in Hluhluwe-uMfolozi Game Reserve, the birth place of rhino conservation in Africa, and the venue for this years summit.
The summit, aimed at involving the youth from all over Africa, Asia and other parts of the World, will hope to initiate debate on the contentious issue of rhino conservation in Africa, and the World. With possible key speakers such as Ian Player and Dr. William Fowlds, the youth will have access to some of the most knowledgeable minds available, and will hopefully arrive at some dynamic conclusions with possible solutions to the on going crisis.
