Potjie Cook-Off

Allow us to hype up the group with a few ice breakers before auctioning off the ingredients for the Cook-off challenge. You are then required to create a traditional Potjie dish with whatever utensils, ingredients and spices you gained at the auction, We then throw in a few curveball challenges and questions for teams to complete, all before presenting your dish to a panel of judges.  this event includes:

• Teams bidding for essential ingredients and putting their culinary skills to the test.
• Auction master and experienced judging panel
• Cultural & cooking trivia about local & international celebrities, signature dishes and famous recipes etc.
• Great photo and video challenges that will have you working as a team.
