TVG — The Ventures Group was founded in 1994 with a simple belief: that the best investment any company can make is in its people. Three decades later, that belief still drives everything we do.
We’ve grown from a single team building operation into South Africa’s most comprehensive event and experiential services company — delivering corporate team building, youth programmes, activations, conferences, and community events to clients across every province and beyond our borders.
Most team building companies do one or two things well. TVG does everything in-house. Activities, venues, catering, transport, equipment, facilitation, decor, and logistics — all under one roof. This isn’t just convenient for our clients. It means every element of your event is quality-controlled by the same experienced team, from the first planning call to the final pack-down.

From shopping centre activations to large-scale public events, TVG brings brands to life through creative, professionally managed experiences that connect with audiences and leave lasting impressions.
